Andrea L. Barrett is the founder and CEO of Barrett Realty Company.

Beginning her career in healthcare working up the ladder in various positions all the way to management and then to business ownership, she launched into the real estate world in 2015 and opened a real estate closing company.  Since then she has completed thousands of real estate closing transactions giving her early insight into real estate documents.

Being self-employed now for over 10 years has molded her into a well-rounded business professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills and she has a true passion for helping others. With a love for paperwork and being detail-oriented, Andrea has focused on being able to specialize in various aspects of the real estate transaction process, from completing real estate closings in person or online with home buyers and sellers to electronically filing real estate documents when needed. She continues to grow and elevate her knowledge in the real estate industry and being a real estate agent adds another layer of supportive services to the clients she serves. 

As a native of Hampton Roads, VA, Andrea is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys the relaxing environment of the beach, listening to music, and spending quality time with her family.
